Ginger Oleoresin is extracted from ginger grown in Vietnam by the supercritical CO2 extraction process. It contains the Gingerols and volatile oil of ginger in concentrated form such as Ginger oil aldehyde (C11H14O3),  ginger oil phenol (C17H26O4), ginger oil alcohol (C15H26O), shogaol (C17H24O3), and so on. A large quantity of ginger could be replaced by a small amount of oleoresin. Pungent in flavor, hot in nature, make it relate to the spleen, stomach, heart and lung channels and perfect for food, beverage, and health care product. The ginger oleoresin is widely used in the food industry for it contains full taste and odor of ginger.
