11 Proven Health Benefits of Ginger

Ginger is among the healthiest (and most delicious) spices on the planet. It is loaded with nutrients and bioactive compounds that have powerful benefits for your body and brain. 

 

1. EATING GINGER RELIEVES NAUSEA  
Nausea and vomiting are usually cases of motion-sickness or sea-sickness. People suffering from migraine and headaches often experience nausea as well.  Having ginger for motion sickness seems to reduce feelings of nausea, but it does not appear to prevent vomiting.

According to a study conducted on 247 people with knee arthritis, took ginger extract twice daily and experienced less pain and required less pain medication.
